| 5 StepsLeadership Logistics employs a five-step process to help create and implement an appropriate program for the organization in question. With Leadership Logistics, the ability to precisely define and describe an organization's desired state - as well as the outcomes to be realized by the organization - is emphasized. Step 1: Establish the "Present State" (P.S.+™)We establish a task force comprised of carefully selected employees from your company to define - in positively stated terms - what works and what is present currently within your organization that will help it reach its stated desired outcome(s). These realities comprise the positive "Present State" of the organization. Step 2: Design the "Desired State" (D.S.++™)We explore and define - through our understanding of the positively defined "Present State" - what your organization's "Desired State" will be, including a time-line and an emphasis on required organizational resources and the human system. Step 3: Develop an Implementation PlanWe create an implementation plan for developing your organization and the human systems that comprise it, including realistic milestones and markers, and the means for attaining the "Desired State" within a specified time frame. Step 4: Implement the ProgramWe implement the program as designed, complete with a feedback plan and the mechanisms for making relevant and timely adjustments. When designed, the program can consist of an individual discipline within the Leadership Logistics offering - like leadership development, or sales development, for example - or can collect several programs, depending on what your organization needs. Step 5: Track Results , Provide Updates and Adjust the ProgramWe track results and update the program as required, providing appropriate feedback as we go. |
