Steven Cerri, MS / MBA - Training Director
Steven Cerri is JSRI's Training Director overseeing training and trainer development. He has recently agreed to take over this position from Joseph Riggio for the JSRI organization internationally. Prior to taking on this position Steven was a senior level associate with JSRI and worked closely with Dr. Riggio in developing training program content and delivery methodology. Mr. Cerri is uniquely qualified to take on this role in JSRI given his extraordinary talent as a trainer and extensive background in management, consulting, training and development.
Steven's deep expertise lies in developing people in fast growth and rapidly changing organizations. Mr. Cerri is currently a business strategist, consultant, and trainer specializing in effective management, leadership excellence, and training individual contributors to become competent organizational managers and leaders. He has been a contributing consultant and speaker on a PBS production entitled, "Taking the Lead: The Management 2000 Revolution, a 26 episode, management curriculum, currently airing on PBS television.
Mr. Cerri appears in International Who's Who of Professional Management, has been an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, and is trained in Total Quality Management. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has worked delivering NLP based training in numerous organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, a Master of Science in Geophysics, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Cerri is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the American Management Association.
