CT - Communications Technology

For managers of people or projects and other professionals in the organization who are not currently in sales roles we recommend Communication Technology as the foundational course to develop their decision-making and communication skills; and upon which to build the skills for even more advanced training and development.

Communication Technology focuses on broad-based face-to-face communications developmental training. This program covers the professional communication skill sets of:

  • Participative listening
  • Effective elicitation
  • Persuasion/Influence/Negotiation
  • Individual/Team presentation

Each of these topics is covered an experiential way, giving the participants actual practice in implementing what they're learning.

By the completion of the Communication Technology program participants will have gained the ability to:
