LT-L3 / Leadership Learning Laboratory

LT™ - L3 is a intensive leadership development program aimed at senior-level middle managers and executives. This program offers the participants an opportunity to come to know themselves and the effect they have within the human systems within which they operate at a much deeper and previously unconsidered level. Within the experience of the program these participants will develop an awareness and the commensurate skills required to influence the situations they find themselves with others when committed to producing results.
