| JSRI Associate & Affiliate ProgramWorking with our associates and affiliates from around the world we have the ability to make arrangements to deliver programs other than those that we have developed ourselves. These associates include the trainer's with whom we work to deliver our own training currently in seven languages (English ((our primary language) and Danish, French, Italian, German, Japanese and Spanish). Our affiliates include renown professors from business schools throughout the United States and Europe, as well as other business consultants working in North and South America, Europe and Asia. These individuals represent the ability to deliver materials in over a dozen languages. When we perceive a client need that we ourselves cannot meet or receive a request for a program that we do not deliver, either as a stand-alone program or as part of a developmental training curriculum, we can and do call upon our network of associates and affiliates to fulfill these requirements. It is rare that we cannot find a match within this network to supply a world-class developmental training solution for our clients. All programs which are outside of our own are delivered under a custom training delivery agreement. We will provide analysis of the training situation and outcome as required; design the program requirements around this analysis; find, modify or develop material that matches the requirement; secure the consultant who will deliver the program that matches the program delivery requirements and provide the logistics to implement the program on our client's behalf **.
